Payment Options

To add the City of Pembroke as a payee to your online banking, use the search term "Pembroke" and choose "Taxes" for property taxes or "Water works" for water/sewer billing.

Your account number can be found at the top right hand side of your bill. Use this account number without any dashes or decimals, adding extra zeros to the end if required.

Property tax and water/sewer bills can also be paid at your local bank or by cheque to City Hall.

You can also drop off a cheque using the mail slot/drop box located at the front of City Hall. If you are using the mail slot/drop box, please include your tax bill stub and do not put cash in the mail slot.

A monthly pre-authorized payment plan is available. Starting in January each year with 12 equal payments debited to your account on the fifteenth day of each month.

To register for pre-authorized payments, complete the agreement form below and submit to City Hall or by email.

If you would like to cancel your pre-authorized payment plan, please complete the following form and submit to City Hall. This authorization may be cancelled at any time with 30 days written notice to the City of Pembroke.

Payments can be made in person at City Hall. We accept cash, cheque, or debit payments. Credit cards are not accepted.
