Fireworks Permits

By-law 2021-61 regulates the setting off of fireworks within the City of Pembroke. A permit is required for both display and consumer discharge of fireworks. To receive a permit application, contact or visit the Pembroke Fire Department. Permit fees are $100 for display fireworks permits and $50 for consumer fireworks permits. Payment can be made by cheque or cash only.
