RFP: P-26-05 Engineering Services - UV Disinfection System Upgrades

The City of Pembroke is inviting written proposals to provide professional engineering services for the detailed design, tender preparation, and construction support for the upgrades to the UV disinfection system at the Pembroke Pollution Control Centre in the City of Pembroke.

A non mandatory site visit will be held on Thursday, June 25, 2026 at 10:00 a.m. Details are in the proposal documents.

Complete proposal documents in electronic PDF version, may be obtained through email request to purchasing. Proposal sets will be available for distribution beginning on June 18, 2026, during regular office hours (7:30am to 4:00pm).

Four (4) hard copies of the proposal clearly marked as to contents or emailed PDF copy with signature to purchasing by 2:00:59 PM, Local Time, Thursday, July 9, 2026.

All questions relating to this proposal request will be received in writing up to and no later than 12:00 p.m. local time on Thursday, July 2, 2026.

The City reserves the right to accept or reject any or all proposals. The lowest or any proposal will not necessarily be accepted.
