RFP: P-26-04 Supply & Deliver One Single Axle Cab and Chassis with Combination Dump Box/Spreader Unit with Hydraulic Plow and Wing

The City of Pembroke is seeking proposals from interested suppliers to supply and deliver one (1) single axle cab and chassis with combination dump body/spreader unit with hydraulic plow and wing.

Hard copy sealed proposals, clearly marked as to contents, will be received by Ms. Marsha Hawthorne, Purchasing Manager/Deputy Treasurer, City of Pembroke, Operations Department, 460 River Road, Pembroke, ON, K8A 1A1 until 2:00:59 PM, LOCAL TIME, Thursday, July 2, 2026.

The Request for Proposal (RFP) document is available beginning on Thursday, June 11, 2026, during regular office hours (7:30 am to 4:00 pm) and may be obtained free of charge, through email request to purchasing. Language of proposal submissions is English.

All questions relating to this proposal request will be received in writing up to and no later than 12:00 p.m. local time on Thursday, June 25, 2026.

The procurement of goods and services specified in this RFP is subject to the provision of the Canada Free Trade Agreement (CFTA) and the Ontario-Quebec Trade and Cooperation Agreement (OQTCA).

The City reserves the right to accept or reject any or all proposals.  The lowest or any proposal will not necessarily be accepted.
