RFP: P-26-01 Project Management Services for Water Reservoir & System Expansion Project

The City of Pembroke is seeking competitive proposals from qualified firms with respect to Project Management Services for the design and construction of a Water Reservoir and Water System Expansion project, located in Pembroke, Ontario.

Complete proposal documents in electronic PDF version, may be obtained through email request to purchasing. Proposal sets will be available for distribution beginning on May 12, 2026, during regular office hours (7:30am to 4:00pm).

Four (4) hard copies of the proposal clearly marked as to contents or emailed PDF copy with signature to purchasing by 2:00:59 PM, Local Time, Tuesday, June 2, 2026.

All questions relating to this proposal request will be received in writing up to and no later than 12:00 p.m. local time on Monday, May 25, 2026.

The City reserves the right to accept or reject any or all proposals. The lowest or any proposal will not necessarily be accepted.
