Planned Temporary Traffic Disruption for Maple Avenue - Between Pembroke Street East Street and Supple Street

Commencing at 8:00am on Wednesday January 21^st, 2026 until 3:00 pm, Maple Avenue between Pembroke Street East and Supple Street will be closed to traffic to facilitate pole replacement works. Closures will be effective during the working hours of 8:00am and 3:00pm. Road will be opened to traffic after 3:00pm.

Local Traffic and Emergency Vehicles will be permitted within the closure.

Some delays can be expected. The travelling public is encouraged to use alternate routes.

The City of Pembroke asks that drivers always respect the posted construction signage.

You are also reminded that the businesses within the construction and detour zones remain open for business and the many business owners would be happy to serve you.
