Business Retention and Expansion Report
From October 2024 to February 2025, the City of Pembroke conducted business retention and expansion surveys to better understand the concerns and opportunities for our businesses. The survey focused on manufacturers and employers with more than 10 or fewer employees.

Local Immigration Partnership Lanark and Renfrew Research
The Local Immigration Partnership Lanark Renfrew (LIP) has been a leader in designing, implementing, measuring, and evaluating innovative newcomer service delivery models that support settlement and integration of newcomers in rural areas. Its research evaluates how the region and other smaller municipalities in Canada are performing when it comes to immigrant attraction.
