Ottawa Valley District Girls Hockey Association
The OVDGHA is the established body of girls' amateur hockey within Renfrew County. Its purpose is to foster, promote, improve and perpetuate the sport of girls' amateur hockey, to teach the fundamentals of hockey, fostering skill development, fair play and teamwork, to exercise supervision and direction over its players, coaches, team staff, spectators and executive with emphasis on the development of good character, behaviour and friendship, and to give players equal opportunity to play regardless of ability and merit while establishing programs to facilitate that goal.

Pembroke Skating Club
The Pembroke Skating Club offers the Skate Canada-designed Canskate and StarSkate programs taught by certified NCCP coaches. The club can introduce the basics of skating, improve skating for hockey and ringette players, and introduce and coach figure skating.
