City of Pembroke Accessibility Plan
Our Accessibility Plan follows the Accessibility for Ontarians with Disabilities Act, 2005 and the Ontarians with Disabilities Act, 2001. You can find hard copies of the accessibility plan at City Hall.
The City of Pembroke reviews its progress implementing the strategy outlined in its Accessibility Plan and documents the results in an annual status report.
Accessible Customer Service Policy
City of Pembroke employees, council members, volunteers, contractors and vendors are all trained on accessibility policies and procedures and how to help people with various disabilities using a variety of assistive devices. The Accessibility Standards for Customer Service Policy was approved by council in 2009.

Temporary disruptions to City services
The City of Pembroke strives to operate its services and facilities without interruption. If a disruption happens, we will let you know what the disruption is and how long it may take to fix it. The interruption notice can be found at the location of the disruption and on our website.
