Movie Night in the Park

Weekly movies are shown Tuesday at 9:00 PM for the months of July and August at the Riverwalk Amphitheatre located down at the Pembroke Waterfront, brought to you by Friends of Bogies Bar. The City of Pembroke shows films with a movie rating of G and PG. Film ratings are set by Consumer Projection BC

Food donations for St. Joseph’s Food Bank will be accepted for each movie night, so bring a perishable food item to be donated!

August 3rd - Solo: A Star Wars Story (Rated PG)

August 10th - Karate Kid (1984) (Rated PG)

August 17th - Ant-Man and the Wasp (Rated PG)

August 24th – Abominable (Rated PG)

August 31st - Knives Out (Rated PG)

September 2nd - Spider-Man: Far from Home (Rated PG) - Rescheduled Date

To follow all regulations in place under O. Reg. 520/21: RULES FOR AREAS IN STAGE 3, here are the protocols in place at the Riverwalk Amphitheatre for Waterfront Live! and Movie Nights in the Park:

  1. A 75% capacity is in place for the Amphitheatre. This is set at 375 people.
  2. The City of Pembroke recommends always wear a mask, but masks are only required to be worn in the following situations:
    1. At entrance and exit
    2. Getting up from your seat
    3. If social distancing can’t be maintained with people outside your household
  3. No more than six people may be seated together unless everyone seated within the group is:
    1. a member of the same household,
    2. a member of one other household who lives alone,
    3. or a caregiver for any member of either household
  4. All groups must maintain a 2-metre distance from each other.
  5. No seating is allowed in the space between the benches and the stage to allow a 2-metre distance between the performers and the spectators.
  6. Free tickets must be reserved per person (including children) to attend and can be acquired at Waterfront Live! - The City of Pembroke and at Movie Night in the Park - The City of Pembroke or by calling the Recreation Department at 613-735-6821 ext. 1501 between 8:00 am to 4:00 pm Mondays to Fridays.
  7. Individuals are asked to check-in at the City Booth at the front entrance of the Amphitheatre before viewing the performance or movie for each night. This check-in includes showing proof of reservation.
