Virtual Chair Yoga is offered from 10:00 a.m. – 10:45 a.m. on Tuesdays and In-Person Chair Yoga every Thursday from 10:00 a.m. – 10:45 a.m. and 11:15 a.m. – 12:00 p.m.at the Pembroke and Area Community Center (PACC).
