City welcomes mobile spay/neuter clinic to Pembroke
Mayor Mike LeMay recently joined Ontario SPCA Renfrew County Animal Centre staff Amanda Eckersley, assistant animal centre manager, centre, and Heather Jobe, community development coordinator, along with kittens Kit-Kat and Mars to welcome its upcoming low-cost spay/neuter clinic to the city. The clinic runs Oct. 1 and is aimed at supporting underserved pet owners in the area.
