The Service Concierge is a service program designed to provide businesses with a tailored and customized opportunity to work with local consultants in the areas of digital media, finance and beautification, including providing workshops to encourage collaborative networking and further education.

The first in our three-part Service Concierge series will focus on: Digital Media
PHASE 1: DIGITAL MEDIA AUDITS
Register your business for a third-party audit of your digital media platforms. (Website, Facebook and Instagram).
The audit checklist will identify areas where your electronic presence can be improved.
A face-to-face review of the audit results will provide your business with simple tips and tricks to make the changes necessary to enhance your digital platforms' effectiveness.
PHASE 2: DIGITAL MEDIA WORKSHOPS
In tandem with audit reviews, a series of workshops designed to address commonly identified areas for improvement will be organized.
A series of workshops will be offered in two different community locations and times to provide for maximum opportunity to participate.
Businesses can choose to participate in all levels of this program or they can pick program elements they feel would best be suited for their needs; however, the more data the consultant has to the shape the workshops, the more effective they will be for you.
