Grants for Businesses and Property Owners

Pembroke has a Community Improvement Plan (CIP) to assist in community revitalization and to achieve economic, community planning, and urban development goals through encouraging private-sector investment. In August 2020, a new grant category was added - the COVID-19 Business Support Grant.

While the COVID-19 pandemic has been very challenging to navigate for local businesses, it has also been an opportunity for innovation and growth. The City of Pembroke is open for business with over 700 acres of vacant land. Along with privately held land, the City maintains two industrial parks with land available from $10,000 per acre plus frontage. Lots are configurable and may be smaller than an acre parcel.
