Summer Student Employment Program - 2021:

The City of Pembroke is inviting students to apply for 2021 summer employment opportunities.

If you are interested in taking on exciting challenges and making a difference in your community, explore our summer job opportunities available from May through September in a wide range of fields that include Parks and Recreation, Operations, Planning & Building and Treasury.

Eligibility Criteria:

To be eligible for the Summer Student Employment Program, you must satisfy the following criteria:

  • be 16 years of age or older by the first day of summer employment;
  • enrolled in a secondary or post-secondary program or institution of higher learning on a full-time basis;
  • returning to school on a full-time basis following summer employment.

Students are welcome to apply for more than one position; however, you must specify your three (3) preferences that you are applying for within your application. Applications will be matched with opportunities based on area of academic study, experience, and specific interest.
