The Champlain Trail Museum is holding its second Christmas Lamplight Tour on Saturday December 9th 2017 from 6:30 p.m. to 8:30 p.m. Our pioneer buildings will be lit with old fashioned oil lamps and open to the public. Admission is $5 for adults and seniors, $2 for children, and free for members. Santa Claus will be available for photographs. Other activities include a traditional plum pudding display, kids craft station, writing letters to Santa, music by the Saxophonix, and more. The Champlain Trail Museum and Pioneer Village is the largest Museum in Renfrew County with more than 10,000 artifacts among its collection. Located in Pembroke, the Museum is owned and operated by the Ottawa Valley Historical Society and is funding by the municipalities of Pembroke and Laurentian Valley.
